Zwaig/Heyerdahl is a Norwegian duo. With a mix of violin and voice, they explore genres, languages and songs from different countries, in an ongoing concept they call Chansons Internationales. This is music that has run through time, that has crossed borders, and that is still being used. These are tunes of passion, party and protest.

Since 2019 the duo has had concerts in Norway, Iceland and Sweden. In the period 2020-2023 they played regularly at Røverstaden beneath the Oslo Concert Hall. In 2021 they released an album.

Johanna Zwaig is a performance artist, educated at Ecole Internationale de Théâtre Jacques Lecoq in Paris, at the University of Oslo and in flamenco song in Jerez de la Frontera. She is active with her performances in art halls, museums, galleries and different public spaces.

Ragnar Heyerdahl is a violinist and composer, educated at the Academies in Brussels, Berlin and Budapest. He is playing in the Oslo Philharmonic Orchestra and the band Sturm und Drang.
